Great question! If you fold your mat like a Z with the bottom level sticking out just a bit to support your ankles and feet, you will have a supremely supportive meditation cushion! We also sell our version of a zafu and zabuton, two square yin mats that serve as a meditation mat and cushion.

world's first certified organic latex foam manufacturer, located in Sri Lanka. 

All products are made at its ISO 14001-2004, 9001-2008, 50001-2011 certified production facility located in a dedicated export processing zone with excellent infrastructure facilities provided by the board of Investment (BOI) Sri Lanka.
