Service Description
The first 15 minutes of this meditation is a guided stepdown through the Koshas (5 layers of your consciousness), arriving at the anandamaya kosha (“bliss body”) at the center. The final 15 minutes is silent meditation. Optional discussion afterward. Yin mats are provided, you are welcome to sit or lay down for this deeply restful and stress relinquishing practice. *Hey friends! I’ve decided to keep registration open for these because it’s SUCH a valuable tool in my life and so many others, therefore I lovvve sharing it. If you want to lay down you will get the most direct benefit- excellent plan for the end of a taxing day. If you’d like to come to learn the technique so that you can administer it to yourself, I recommend sitting in meditation.
