Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@yinmat.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping: Pack the item securely, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@yinmat.com
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@yinmat.com with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
