A movement practice that views Asana (posture or seat) as the place or moment we are in. The pose is not just a destination but the culmination of a series of movements. Transition is of equal importance. The spaces in between are filled with possibilities, where, with strength and mobility, we dynamically explore our bodies in space. All levels welcome.
